Overall I think a whole lot of nothing really happened in this book. We’re just dropped in and ignorant to whats going on which is brilliant if its intentional, as the FMC turns out to be clueless about the real truth of most things.
It was interesting enough to keep reading despite the obvious revelations and plot points that kept going over the FMCs head. With that being said the world is established and now the truth behind the plot is ready to be revealed and its about to get truly interesting which happens in book 1 of series.
I will say this world is very unique and original. Which I find highly enjoyable and refreshing.
