A friend asked if I had heard about this series. Then I started looking at reels and realized I had to read it. I’m so glad I went with the audiobook. It is AMAZING!!! The story itself is so well written to combine RPG, end of the world survival, and a mass scale hunger games feel. You will laugh so much, which feels weird after what I just wrote, but it’s true.
I cannot wait to listen to the rest of the books, and see how Carl and Princess Donut take on the other levels.
Jeff Hayes is an absolute marvel. I truly did not think one person did all of the voices. You feel like there is a huge cast narrating this book.
