I have read and or listened to every book Franklin Horton has produced, in this amazing Mad Mick series this is the best, maybe the best for the genre. The characters are comfortable, like old friends albeit deadly ones. The plot is well thought out and character development is next level. I pray if the SHTF there are brave men and women with the means to do what these characters do, from the rear echelon to the pointy tip of the spear. Thanks for the great read and listen….
