I have been a fan of Bobby Akart for a long time. I really tried to like this story, but I think I will be giving up after 18 chapters.
I am a believer in capitalism and the American Dream. I believe if you work hard, you can go as high as you dream. By the time I reached chapter 18, I got so tired of the ritzy main characters and all of their “troubles” living in their gated community of Malibu. The only thing that could have kept me listening is if the”colony of Malibu” was swept into the ocean. Bobby’s characters are usually very relatable. Not this time. Sorry Bobby. I hope I can return this for a credit.
