This is an amazing book, and I highly recommend it. Through letters, we become “voyeurs” to lives full of comedy, tragedy, human joy and sorrow, achievement and failures, pride and regret. All of which to say, at the end of our lives, if we are relentlessly honest in examining our lives, we will each find ourselves in these pages, in these beautiful and complex characters.
