This is my first review on Audible and I believe this book/author deserves applause. Want to know how good this book was? I canceled an appointment just to finish it. In my opinion, all characters felt fully developed, no loose ends or distracting story lines the author could explore. I appreciated how the ending wasn’t perfect. It felt real, acknowledging the lingering effects of trauma not simply wrapping up the story to a nice grand halt.
I truly enjoyed this book and I’ll be on the lookout for more from this author!!
