I’m not sure what other people’s version of closed door is, but for me this is perfect. So many author’s get caught up describing the attraction between the characters that the plot fizzles along with the sweetness of real romance is. A man putting up with things that he dislikes and finds uncomfortable? That is real. I’m glad this was on the free listen list. I’m looking forward to more by this author.
