I loved this book so much. The story is spare, beautiful and searing. Evans develops a depth of character that I didn’t know was possible just through letters. She holds the best and the worst of people together in the same character and lets us sometimes dislike them, but ultimately love them.
Having the different letters read by different actors made this so enjoyable to listen to. I knew by the voice who each letter was from and each actor brought their character’s unique personality to life.
