This is not a normal book or novel. Imagine sitting in on a really bad D&D game with a story created by a child. This is so bad – the book even narrates the selection of gear and the story openly and repeatedly breaks the third wall.. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book this bad. The dialogue is maximally stilted.

Obviously, there are some people who enjoy this type of literature. However, I would say that most people need to realize the rating comes from people who enjoy this sub-genre. I would advise people against this book if they are looking for anything like a normal novel or adventure book.
