The book started out so good I was hooked. It was full of action and tension and banter. So much going on and the mmc is great. Then the second half came and I almost didn’t finish. The very likable MMC basically disappeared from the storyline and it was HOURS of “omg I’m so scared of vampires”. Literally hours worth of the very annoying FMC talking about how she’s so scared of and hates vampires. Then comes the ending which was very rushed. I won’t be reading the next in the series. Which is unfortunate because I loved the book so much!!! Until I didn’t.
