It was so simplistic, slow paced and annoyingly predictable. The dialogue was cringeworthy, and the female main character made my eyes roll every time she spoke. I was just bored and didn’t care about the characters at all. Maybe it was the performance of the audiobook? Not sure, but either way, this was a DNF for me.
