This is the first audiobook I’ve read/listened to written by Jenna Styx. It was a long one, and I didn’t want to pause it. Was glad to be traveling for minimal interruptions! This was a bullies, enemies to lovers romance that had me completely invested in the characters. So much so that I cannot wait to listen to the next book! Do pay attention to the warnings. Some blood play almost made me physically ill. I will say this is probably one of the best endings I’ve read yet, and why I’m giving it five stars!
Cecily Foster and Michael Norman Johnson brought these characters together life with emotional performances that had it rolling like a movie in my head. It was perfection. Love their voices.
