I have enjoyed this series that have been rapid releasing on audio! Definitely getting me into the football season that will be coming up in just a couple weeks haha. I was intrigued by these two in the previous two books and they didnt disappoint. I think book 2 is still my favorite of the 3 out already, but this was a close second.
I loved how innocent Hadley was but she was ready to let her inner sexual goddess out! She embraced her situation and let Foster teach her things and finally put her foot down when he wasnt letting her reciprocate hahaha. I was wondering how strong his will was and was happy to see it crumble haha. These two were adorable but their chemistry was fire. I loved how they tried to remain friends but couldnt help it. I loved this friends to lovers and how there wasnt a huge 3rd act breakup like the other two books had. I enjoyed seeing more of Foster and his football career/time with the guys but the ending was bittersweet. I was happy to see him not dwell on the outcome and to pursue his other dream. I loved his outlook, which I can’t imagine how hard it would be.
The friends trying to interfere in this one was hilarious haha, they were like wingmen/wingwoman but also c-blocked them hahaha. I thought the audio made these characters jump off the screen and I could picture the awkwardness, the steam, the vulnerability. So great, it all worked well together. I am hoping the 4th couple will get a book, I think that will be the guy really pursuing her and breaking down her walls, which would be fun haha she is such a free spirit haha. Maybe she needs a more Dom personality to keep her grounded 😏😉
Overall really enjoyed this, I need a Foster in my life who will cook me amazing food, will plan beautiful dates, who will cherish me, and will be so down to earth and level set me when I get a little crazy haha. One can dream, right?
