This is the second series I’ve started to listen to by Chris Patchell. I loved the first one, The Lacey James series. This one has grabbed my attention as well. It had a heartbreaking and frustrating storyline. We get a resolution, but not necessarily the one we hoped for. This was a short listen that was so full that I really can’t say much without giving anything away. I wasn’t ready for it to be over. I look forward to the next audiobook.
Sara Hannan and Dryw McArthur are new to me narrators. Both are EXCELLENT with easy to listen to voices that brought this audiobook to life with emotional performances. I hope to hear more from them in the future.
