Dungeon Crawler Carl receives four stars from me. I do not like LitRPG, but this one doesn’t do the annoying things that I’ve experienced in the others I’ve read /listened too.
This is an audio book and If I were not listening to Jeff Hayes’ reading I don’t think I’d finish the book. He is excellent in this book. the voice fits carl well, the interpretation is solid. I have no negatives about his reading this book. He is recommended.
What I like about the book. I like the themes, I like the characters.
what I don’t like–what was the conclusion? did we finish something? reach a goal? make some headway? I’m not sure.
Recommend: yes, the audio book is great fun.
