The first in this series was one of my favorite books of the year. This follow up was a very strong continuation of the story. This book is very different from the first one, naturally since Elise have evolved and now face different challenges. While not as impactful as the first one, this still held up with a lot of progression and interesting characters and good world building. The narration is top notch! For any LitRPG fans this series should be in their collection.
