I picked this book up due to some family members recommending it. my expectations were low, but it turned out to be an amazing book. The reader does a great job bringing this book to life. Nails the humor spots, but also nails the moments of sadness and reflection. The story in and of itself is fantastic. There are some moments where it takes a chapter or 2 for the story to get going again. Just as your about to get bored, it gets good. And that moment “bored” moment only happened once. Even if you don’t play video games, or D&D type games, you will enjoy this for the story if adventure comedy is your general theme like.
