This series is incredible. I consume a lot of fantasy, Sci-Fi, and LitRPG books and this series is now up there with the likes of Red Rising and The Storm Light Archive. All three vastly different experiences but such great world and character building. Funny, sad, suspenseful, EPIC.
Some parts, especially early on in this series felt like the plots were obvious. I am now convinced that the author leaves traps for his audience. Sometimes the obvious plot line goes through as you expect but more often, again more so in the later books, the creativity of where the books goes is astounding. Well done, sir.
I cannot wait for the book 8!
