This was a buddy read …

I am glad I sat with this for a while because I decided to round up based on my experience with the story in general.

I just loved the mystery and suspense surrounding Lucian and whatever was going on in the manor.

I was constantly looking forward to reading the next page to see what happens … literally, the suspense always had me waiting for the other shoe to drop. It was insane!

Although I was not a fan of the ending, like at all, I can rate the book as I felt from the beginning.
