I lack the words to truly convey the depths of my disappointment in this story, but I’ll make the attempt. My hatred stems from how much I liked it. I liked the plot, the characters, the time jump, the portals the world’s. it was really interesting and I enjoyed the book quite a lot until I got to the last hour. And then like Cinderella at midnight, this great story turns into utter crap. I would love nothing more then to rage over the utter stupidity, the sheer arrogance and the pure evil actions the MC does in his disgusting attempt to ‘save humanity’. But like other bitter people, I almost want other people to read this so they too can feel my pain and suffer with me. So I will restrain my loathing to simply say the MC does something that to me is unforgivable and frankly evil. Of course it’s all in the name of ‘saving humanity’ but its an insulting excuse that does nothing but make me loathe him all the more. I hope someone kills him in some slow agonizing way and then for his soul to drop straight to hell. If I could I would go back in time and tell myself to never touch this book, never mind spend a credit on it. This is my own opinion of course and actually encourage others to read it and draw their own conclusions.
