TL;DR: Loved this one! A spooky, emotional ride full of believable (if sometimes frustrating) characters, real twists, and that perfect mix of grief, love, and small-town chills.

I really loved this one! It felt like I was right there, looking over their shoulders, trying to piece together what was happening in this spooky small town. Even when I was frustrated by their timidity or occasional meanness, the characters still felt so believable. There were some great twists, and seeing the story unfold in both the past and the present added real depth. I loved how the themes of loss and grief were contrasted with the discovery of new love — the growth that emerged, even in the darkest moments, was beautiful to witness.
