I really liked the idea of this book. The whole reason for most of the population dying off was very unique to me and I can’t wait for the next book. Stryker is by far one of my favorite main characters. His courage and loyalty are vast, only trumped by his determination to protect those he loves. There was a good balance of survival and action which is very much needed in a book where most of the worlds people have died off.
The narrator of this book did an outstanding job. His voice goes very well with how I view Stryker. He really brought this story to life for me.
