Quite a lot happened in this one. Definitely one of the best. This volume follows the trend and the characters get to explore a brand new place. But a lot more than that happens in this case, the new place was not even half the book. The author is definitely very creative and that is something to be appreciated about this series. The stuff with Koralti is just kinda weird still. Hector just changed his tune way too fast. Apart from that, things have progressed very well. The end was definitely a cliff hanger. One of the best I’ve seen in a book. Not annoying but breathtaking! I’ve got one more book to go, there’s no way it’ll finish the story so I guess I’ll just be left hanging but hey, maybe it’ll continue one day!
And of course, narration is great as usual. Vash is definitely my favorite. SFX are great too! Sometimes they cut off too early during fight scenes though and just suck a bit of the tension out.
