Some really good content, some mediocre content, and some meh content. It was a LONG listen, so you can’t expect everything to be awesome all the time. While there was more good than bad, there were some problems. I especially don’t like the way they handled the chronology. If you are going to throw in some shorts that fit into the timeframes of other stories in the collection, put them where they belong in the chronology so you aren’t scratching your head about “what the heck just happened.” IMO, the earlier portions were better than most of the later portions as presented in this collection. While there was some good content, I’m not itching to get more from this author, but the author did enough right that I’m not marking this author as a “never again.” If I ran across another story by J.S. Morin, I may give it a try.
