This was a great listen, very insightfull. I recently started doing research on this subject to hopefully achieve the same experiences. the author took a very well grounded approach to the material. there is not only first hand account experiences but also a nice step by step process. I recommend this book to anyone interested in the subject. I look forward to the next two books
