I loved the performances of those who read the parts. It was acting as its most moving and evocative. I loved the different voices and accents. It felt so real, it felt as if they were speaking to each other.
The writing was excellent. I was so moved by the author’s descriptions of the characters’ feelings and experiences. They were poignant and really captured my feelings when my son died and all these years after how those feelings have stayed with me as they have evolved. I thoroughly enjoyed this book even though there were parts of that brought on some ugly crying. I highly recommend this.
