I know that this series is linked to the Abbs Valley series but I was really hoping for a new plot. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Ames Mills writing but this just seemed like Riches to Riches all over again. The twists are predictable and I wish there was more nuance to the poly dynamics but the saving grace is the narration. I wish it was duet style because the male narrator’s voice for a Chelsea was a tad bit annoying to me.
