I have to admit, when I first heard the title of the series, Dungeon Crawler Carl, I didn’t think much of it. I expected a never ending dungeon crawl that would be both tongue-in-cheek funny and not very surprising. This is not that. DCC is wildly unpredictable. Fun and hilarious while also conveying real consequences and even dread. It’s stressful man. It’s real stressful sometimes. I can’t believe this is the seventh book and I still don’t know what’s going to happen next
