An AI voice is reading the book it’s not an actual persons voice. Or someone is using AI with their voice, you can hear the robotics and wrong cadence. My text to speech app would have been the exact same without spending the extra money. I can’t speak on the story yet because I just started the book so I have that 4 stars but the narrator is absolutely AI Generated or took their voice and put it into an AI generator to make this book. I’m neurodivergent and I have a hard time listening to AI read me things which is why I buy audiobooks with real narrators. I was pretty bummed.
