This is a complete story; filled to the brim with genius comedic timing, vivid scenes of action and suspense, and more heart and genuine emotional complexity than I would have thought possible from such a whimsical work. Both the author and narrator (Jeffery Cafer) paint a stunning picture of heroism and moral ambiguity which culminate to form a truly enjoyable and epic journey. They treat both loss and triumph like lovers in a dance with the supernatural storyline serving as the music. Truly well-written and performed. Bravo indeed.
