I just completed the entire series and I’m here to tell you that Life Reset is an underrated gem.

Shemer Kuznits crafted a masterwork here, And the preternaturally gifted Jeff Hays and the Soundbooth team really added a level of polish and shine that made this a treat to listen to all the way through.

If you like action sets, there’s plenty of martial action here to keep your interest high. If you like building your towns and resources, there’s plenty of that, too. Characters aren’t static, there’s lots of arcs – from villains to heroes and heroes to villains.

The first book really didn’t prepare me for the quality of the entire series as a whole. So if you feel a bit impatient, give the book some time. Things pick up and the overall storyline(s) will NOT disappoint.

I often struggle enjoying the overpowered MC characters in LitRPG because they all seem to wind up being assholes to the very end. But in both Life Reset and his other series, Relict Legacy, Kuznits deftly avoids those character development perils. The players are *likeable.*

Be prepared, though. The last few chapters of the last book may moisten your eyes a bit. Nevertheless, one of the more satisfying conclusions to a LitRPG series so far.

For the Greenpiece Clan!
