The intro-chapter1 sounded a bit too long with the music, possibly an editing oversight. The narrator did great as always, adding some sound effects like the monster-voice.
I didn’t read the first book in the series, so it was a little hard to follow at first. The story is very fast paced with a lot of action and a decent balance of story. I liked the story, but I prefer the author’s Ghosts & Magic series better.
