The man hasn’t failed me yet. I love the DCC series, but this book might be my favorite of his work so far. He has a real talent for balancing the outrageous plots and off the wall characters with enough heart so that it never feels like a cheap read, if that makes sense. It’s a fun book but it’s also heartfelt. As always the narration is top notch.
