In this book I feel like we see a different side of our awesome Detective. Tess is finally thinking a little before she speaks l, and trying not.to be.so harsh. This makes her a much more likable main character. She stumbles onto a suicide investigation, but quickly deduced someone drove her to it. One of my favorite parts of this book was when the “unsub” was trying to communicate with Tess. Now I must go and start the next book in the series.
