Another winner from this author and narrator. Bobby Akart and Kevin Pierce make such a solid team, and this installment keeps that momentum going. I really enjoyed seeing how different characters reacted to the ongoing crisis—each perspective felt believable and added depth to the overall story. I’m not sure I’ve ever listened to a post-apocalyptic book set in a vacation spot, and that unique setting made the situation even more interesting. It’s a fresh angle that kept me engaged the entire time.
