Liked: the concept, the nostalgia of the written word (letters and email), creating connections that require patience (back and forth exchanges require time)
Dislike: the actual reading of the letters was slow, every address or email read aloud was an immediate pit stop that didn’t add value, it created a disjointed experience of being able to focus on the substance of each correspondence
It seems this would work better read as a book in its physical form. Listening to each correspondence being 40% address/email and 60% substance doesn’t give you the same option as with a book when you can glance at the address without feeling each vowel being dredged from the earth before you can enjoy the story.
