- Would you try another book from Kevin M. Sullivan and/or Kevin Pierce?
- I want to begin by saying that narrator Kevin Pierce is, as usual, a pleasure to listen to. He is damn good at his job, so when I say this is worst audiobook I’ve ever heard, I’m referring to the content, not the performance.
- Would you ever listen to anything by Kevin M. Sullivan again?
- Never. Kevin M Sullivan is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, journalist or indeed, a professional author. He is, at best, a true crime hobbyist. His overt sense of self-importance as he imparts his tedious and repetitive “insights” would be funny if it wasn’t so annoying. I don’t understand how previous reviewers say this book is well researched, or uncovers any new evidence. There is no credibility to his telling of Bundy’s actions, made clear by Sullivan’s endless use of qualifiers (“likely” “probably” “possibly” “most likely”). This is an eleven hour book report. It is comprehensive solely in its failure to be interesting.
- Any additional comments?
- Did he not have an editor?
