I have never written a review prior to this but this book is a standout. The structure, narration, and storyline is magnificent. I could not stop listening until the end. The main character was read so beautifully and so emotionally raw and tender. Thoroughly enjoyed this! It has also inspired me to write a letter to a childhood friend with whom I always shared a love of reading, books and getting lost at the library. I will ask her to be pen pals!
