Balanced as hell and does some of the greatest work in pacing and building momentum of moments. You feel like nearly everyone is in mortal danger and wonder how they can possibly survive. The wait for this book was tough but worth it.
I’d understand if this were the last book in series though there’s so much more for DCC to conquer.
