I found this book more enjoyable than the last several books. Mostly, I guess, because there was more actual story content and less mindless rambling by the main character. The story itself had me pretty engaged throughout most of the book as well. I hope the rest of the series continues to improve. Now if only they’d discover the miracle of keeping their dogs on a leash in potentially dangerous situations…
