I love how there’s a voice for the achievement unlocks and how well written the jokes are, the pauses are great timed for comedic timing. This first books pacing is a little on the slow side but I assume it’s because you are learning everything with the characters about their situation and how to get out of it. Also love how they describe the loot they get. A very light read, my wife is reading it and whenever I tell her about how the audiobook plays out she says “It seems that the audiobook really adds to the experience”, so maybe its a more fun listen than a read.
