This was my first experience with author Jack Olsen, but I’m a fan already.

Narrator Kevin Pierce did an excellent job using his voice to make each character distinct. Sometimes male narrators can’t nail women’s voices or accents, but Pierce was right on track.

There were many victims in the book. I know each one’s experience was personally devastating, but the antagonist’s (Son or Fred or Kevin, depending on who was describing him) MO was basically the same. I know there was some variation, but I point this out only to say the details of each victim’s experience got a bit redundant, especially without further character development.

Definitely worth the purchase.
