Stunning details and never boring. Excellent book. Amazing story full of revelations about many different places, interactions with many peoples, all taking place while the Colonies are breaking away from England. Psychology and shared human emotions, set against different perspectives, mores and sensitivities…and explorers (true adventurers), many of whom were young men.
