Lizzie Singleton is a solicitor who’s not at a loss for interesting and scandalous cases. William Mortimer needs her help to inherit his estate from his uncle. What he needs is a fake wife, because the only stipulation is to marry. It’s a contracted marriage and they can divorce after 2 years. There are to be no feelings involved, but that isn’t going to happen once their chemisty sizzles and sparks desire. Theirs is a sweet, cheeky and passionate romance that is forced to face someone who wants to keep them apart. They have a HFN and I hope that they can ultimately find their HEA!

Kitty Windrow does an excellent job with the narration. She has a clear and dynamic voice that brings the characters to life.
