I knew that Chuck was WW2 ace and first man to broke the sound barrier. I learned about him as kid during ’90s from military magazines and games that were published. I watched and forgot about “The right stuff” movie… and I had general understanding he was a star. However I really loved that this book is so much more than just his professional life. Chuck was one hell of a guy to be around and I really loved learning who was the man behind the legend.
