Cannot express enough how sucked in I am to this series. I have a long commute to work and dread it every day. Since I started this series it’s like I step into my car and step out 60 seconds later and am mad I have to stop the book. No other audio book has had this strong of an effect on me.
It is just downright hilariously relatable with its tacky humor, but yet you can tell this isn’t just some quick money grab story. There is some actual substance to this universe this author has created with a ton of flying variables in all different directions. There is just as much action and story happening outside the dungeon as there is inside the dungeon so this is far more complex than appears on the surface.
Can’t wait to see how it all plays out. Recommend it to anyone. Note there is some adult language and some graphic descriptions and some sexual content so I don’t recommend listening with kids under the age of 13 on a road trip or something, but I have been listening with my wife and now she’s hooked on it and has zero background with this kind of stuff lol.
