I’ve never read a book like this and I didn’t really get it. It was like a serial podcast, but not enough meat to really feel like an ‘episode’. While the situations were funny and interesting, and the writing was done very well, it felt very incomplete. I would have like to have seen a short story for each episode, instead of what felt like an outline.
Angie Hickman did a great job. There wasn’t much to go off of in terms or character so it felt like Hickman really brought some personality to the story. The pacing was great and her speech was clear.
Could have used more story.
