This is, hands-down, the best true crime story I have ever experienced. The story is harrowing; there are moments that will leave your hair standing on end. Exquisite writing and pacing – it’s very long, but by the end you almost wish it could be longer. It will profoundly impact your life. Of course it’s not a feel-good story, but there are a myriad of unforgettable, courageous people who suffered tremendously at the hands of this evil creature and they deserve to have their stories heard. They will leave a lasting impression. Loved the narration. I will never regret adding this book to my library.
