Shami Stovall continues to outdo herself in each book of this series. She is already Next Level at crafting chosen family. 24-Hour Warlock introduces someone from Finch’s past while creating someone who operates at a whole different level than any of the villains in the other books. Maldonado was made to be powerful and scary, a worthy adversary for Adair Finch.

The books rhythm of storytelling continues to move at a perfect pace, what readers are accustomed to with Finch’s pact and Shami’s storytelling.

I will just finish with layers upon layers upon layers of epic world building, and I simply can’t wait for the next book!

One more thing being an audiobook, Southbooth Theater knocked it out of the park! There are some books that are best listened to, and I believe this in one of those!
