This book was really all about a journalist clumsily forcing the word of software and technology into alignment with his generic, ivory tower political opinions.
The entire book focuses on the biases of coding and attempts (unsuccessfully) to refute the idea that coding is a true meritocracy. His arguments were so weak they couldn’t even beat the straw man arguments he made for the other side.
It continues to amaze me that left-wingers don’t find themselves exhausting.
I’d miss this one.
